ТР ТС 018/2011  Technical Requirements «On the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles»
Certification of Conformity for car electronics, navigation devices and ERA-GLONASS devices and systems.

Car emergency call systems (ERA-GLONASS) must get mandatory certification for conformity with the Technical Requirements “On the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles”.
Technical Requirements ТР ТС 018/2011 defines testing conditions, certification procedure and requirements for delivery of GPS/GLONASS and ERA-GLONASS devices into the territory of Eurasian (Customs) Union.
Mandatory requirements to ERA-GLONASS equipment include requirements to communication and navigation modules, speakerphone quality requirements, requirements for mechanical and climatic resistance, EMC.

Conformity Assessment of Navigation Devices for Transport

According to the RF Government Decree No 720 dated 10.09.2009 all vehicles used for commercial carriage of passengers and dangerous products must be equipped with satellite navigation devices GLONASS or GLONASS/GPS.

Voluntary Certification in the BASIS System.

The system provides an independent assessment of compliance of satellite navigation equipment with the requirements of national and international standards, manufacturer or delivery contract requirements, etc.

Metrological (Measuring Instrument) Certificate for GPS/GLONASS Navigation Devices

Preparing to Conformity Assessment Transport Security Equipment in Russia

The Decree of the Russian Government No 969 of 26.09.2016, that comes into force in March 2017, establishes requirements for mandatory certification of technical equipment of transport security. Federal Communications Agency is authorized to organize and conduct mandatory certification of telecommunication and infocommunication equipment used for transport security purposes.
